kitefighter
My latest acquisition to the layout is the beautiful Deltic Prototype 1 in OO gauge by Bachmann. Fitted with DCC Sound it looks and sounds impressive on the track. A friend of mine models in N gauge and lent me is DP1 for photography. It's such an impressive model, perhaps more so for being half the size that I wanted to see if other modellers could tell "at a glance" which is which. Just for fun then, spot the difference. eastwestdivide
Go on, you've just posted the same photo twice! Or maybe not - the track is chunkier in the bottom photo, and there might just be a clue at the very back of the loco
Lady_Ava_Hay
Top is OO. Easy really. Nice models though.
SRman
Yes, agreeing with David. The bottom (N) one has chunkier bogie footsteps and the engine room windows are a little shallower / out of proportion. Even so, they are both brilliant models in their respective scales.
