great central
very little travel info on the website, can anyone tell me how far it is from the station? No car at the moment so driving not an option.
Yorkshire Pullman
http://www.multimap.com/s/zjerNp3b The red circle is the venue. Local buses pass on the main road just to the north of the school. The station can be seen to the south.
lmnp
So what did people think about this? It was my first year attending this exhibition so I can't compare the standard with previous years, however turn out looked quite good on the Sunday. I thought the Redwood Lumber (0n30) layout was superb, spent a good time watching that. Also Mettesford really captured my imagination. I'm not a great fan of n gauge, but that was very well executed. Really enjoyed the display by Buxton Model Engineering Society, some stunning engineering work. Cheers
