Metcalfe PN114 N Gauge Railway Workers Cottages Kit

I am trying to locate at least one if not two of Metcalfe models N scale card kit PN114, the stone railway workers cottages set.

 

For some reason this one is as rare as hens teeth and Metcalfe as well as the usual retailers are all out of stock.

 

Would prefer unopened but am willing to buy opened but complete packs as well.
