Pete 75C
Can anyone that runs continental N gauge (European) answer a quick question? I'm in the middle of planning baseboard construction for a quick N gauge project and I'm trying to set out various heights. Can anyone tell me the minimum clearance from rail-head to road overbridge that I should allow for? Stock will be overhead electric (SNCF/RENFE for example). I haven't yet purchased any locos so I can't "suck it and see"! I guess the extended height of pantographs can vary, but if I know roughly the minimum height, I can then add a bit and crack on and get some wood cut. Thanks, Pete.
