RMweb Gold griffgriff Posted August 12, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted August 12, 2015 I was browsing in the shop at Swanage (Swanage Railway) and I came across a book of interest. It was written by a former traction inspector??? and coverered details of railway operation in the mid to late BR(S) and perhaps early privatisation eras. Mainly focusing on EMUs. I was with my 2 year old daughter so time was limited and I was distracted so I only recall the book cost £25. The cover was either blue or grey? I don't remember the author, publisher or title - useless ;( I've not seen this book before but wondered if my learned colleagues might deduce the missing information. I may get the opportunity of another visit or make a call to the shop. If I do I will let you all know. PS a search of Amazon didn't help. Many thanks Griff
