EMU (later class 501) As previously posted, converted from a Bachmann 2EPB. ex GWR Hawthorn Leslie diesel shunter. Bachmann class 08 chassis. Body scratchbuilt using parts from the Bachmann body, resin, styrene (some cut using a Silhouette Cameo), etc. etc. Fitted with a modified 08 sound chip from YouChoose. I know there are some compromises on this.......(rivet counters please note!)...but it was built within the limitations of the Bachmann chassis and parts available. Upcoming exhibitions this year: October 10/11th Farnham & District MRC, Aldershot. November 7th Wycrail, High Wycombe.
