Can you identify these locations?

Not sure no 1 is Finsbury Park. The photos I've been looking at on Flickr seem to show the back wall has a proper triangle of glass whereas in your photo the corner is cut off if you see what I mean. Could it be Stratford running shed instead? Wasn't D204 at GE engine?

1 - Stratford

2 - Stratford 65464 & 65469, where they are parked in the pic they could be easily seen from Stratford station ( September 1962).

The next 2 I'm not 100% sure on but could be;-

3 - Southall, west end of the thro' shed.

4 - Feltham, east end of the thro' shed.

Wouldn't they originally have been smoke troughs?

Four days have now passed since my last post without any replies, so it looks like this thread has run it`s course.

I can understand how it can get boring after awhile, with a constant flow of pictures to be identified.

So, a big thank you to everyone who contributed. With your help about three-quarters of the pic`s have been identified, with a lot more info on some of them.

I will not try to guess the others as my guesses on some of those I posted were totally wrong.

Please don't stop posting pictures, Peter. I didn't suggest locations for any of the last four you posted because I had no idea where they were. It doesn't mean I've lost interest in the thread.

I'm only just catching up! Since many recent pics have been at the further end of the UK mainland, not my area of expertise, but the last pic on 16th March is Norwood Junction loco. The line in the background with signal is the down Crystal Palace Spur.
