He is well known for his website on Disused Stations, he has also written books about Londons abandoned tube stations, Cold war bunkers, Secret underground London, Nick Catford is known for his work on Ian Hislop Goes Off the Rails (2008), he is also membership secetary for Subterranea Britannica. The site details the history of the line and all it's stations, also the industries and people who lived, worked and used the line, It is a fantastic resource for anyone who has an interest in the line and it's surrounding area.
