Edge
Apologies if this is a duplicate thread but I couldn't find one dedicated to Bachmanns 009 series. At Ally Pally today there were a few samples in the members lounge. Not so much sneaking required - permission for photos freely given: https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share/1SHadWKuvqjJrEMv4JnsUFFMWrjpa1isGVkSsI5ssTT Apparently all of the doors on the covered wagon open in order to allow for more modelling possibilities https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share/RZ67hfOS87VehQIJAMNUIYsoxBHMiMMelBNLpZgrOZ5 This photos don't do the Baldwin justice. Stunning model. All drive is transmitted through the firebox so there isn't a hint of the daylight under the boiler being obscured. Definite sale here
RMweb Premium jjb1970 Posted March 19, 2016 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 19, 2016 Great stuff, this is one of the more exciting projects in the new release pipeline and it looks like the models will be real beauties when they arrive. I'm looking forward to some military diorama modelling where I can combine my love of model trains and my love of military figures and dioramas.
