Good to see these arrive and even better to hear available at the NEC tomorrow.

One question however relating to the additional Touax liveried ones quoted - I just wish to clarify please if these are the same as the ones below (Just so I know if I need to bring extra money ;))?

I picked up my KFA at Warley, and the only thing to say is wow. Another superb wagon from RevolutioN & Rapido.

Tom.

They look brilliant. Bit disappointed that I won't be back in the UK to pick mine up until early next year seeing those pictures. But at least it gives me something to look forward to. Thanks for posting some pictures. Great to see them on a layout.

All the best

Dave

Its gone a bit quiet, RT's website gives no indication of when we will receive these.  If they want to send models to shops first, before the crowd-funders, get the Kernows etc of this world to do the packing and postage for RT.  It will give them the opportunity to put something into parcel to say if you want some more...

Given that Mike and Ben do this in their spare time and that they likely have hundreds of orders (and probably Christmas presents to buy for friends and family etc.), it’s clearly going to take them a while to get them all posted. In the meantime, have you read the FAQ section of their website? You will know when your order has been sent because the order status will change to “completed”.

To be fair, we don’t distribute N gauge, only OO items.  As said above, this is done in spare time. Your order will get to you soon.

Ben lives only a few miles from us, so he dropped in our stock himself. (Much earlier than anticipated!)

Hello Bomag,

The models arrived two days before Warley.  The first people to receive their models were those crowdfunders who were able to attend the show and collect, but we also took the opportunity at the end to supply some of the trade orders and avoid posting.

So far we have sent out around 25% of the customer orders, in order that they were received by us.  The rest will be sent out over the next couple of weeks.

cheers

Ben A.

Repeating comments above a litte, but a big thank you Ben, Mike and anyone else who was involved in making the KFAs, they are an outstanding model. It was my first Revolution model and I am very much looking forward to more (especially the 92s and 321s).

Fantastic layout. I love the camber in the last shot.

You've done a superb job weathering those KFAs and containers. The RFD locos really complete it too.

I agree the camber shot is superb - something that looks quite hard to achieve in N as it needs to be so subtle like this.

Also the shot itself, getting half the train on the camber whilst the back half is still level - brilliant.

Could I ask for a Pendolino pic from the same position?

Edit: Doh, I forgot this is a BR period layout isn't it - ok, a Mk3 set, or maybe I just look back through your thread, seeing as this is actually a PFA/KFA thread.

Thanks for the kind comments. The wagons themselves didn't take much effort at all to weather. The results are really credit to the quality of the wagons. I am very impressed. They don't just look good either they run very well. I couldn't believe how much effort must have gone into making them.

Woodenhead (nice name :))  I don't want to let the thread distract too far from the brilliant KFAs, but there are plenty of shots of loco hauled mk3s on the thread for the layout (you are right that the pendolinos are too late, I've stopped at 1999), if there was something specific you wanted a shot of that's not in the thread send me a PM and I'll see what I can do.

Looking forward to running the NSE 321s and the upcoming class 92 on the layout now.

I've just been going through all the orders and we have about 20-25 orders that are still waiting to be sent out - I think Ben is hoping to pack them tomorrow or Thursday.

Cheers Mike

Thanks for the update Mike.
