Quarryscapes
http://modelshop.co.uk/Static/WorkShop/Photo-Etching as well. Do Grainge & Hodder use the same pre coated metal from a roll?
billbedford
I don't think 4D models do any of their own etching, laser cutting or printing. It is all put out to other companies. AFAIK all the model etchers use a film resist on un-rolled metal.

AFAIK all the model etchers use a film resist on un-rolled metal. 4D turn their etching around next day or better, so if it's contracted out it must be someone just round the corner from them. PPD are very variable in their turnaround time, a few days to several weeks.
Blue Max
Photo Fabrications at St Neots are very good for etching, lots of railway stuff in the display cabinet in their reception area.
