sagaguy Posted July 23, 2016 Share Posted July 23, 2016 For some years now,more than i care to remember,I have been very slowly building a Clarksons Austerity 2-10-0 & now with advancing years,i don`t think i will ever finish it.I`m thinking of looking for a loco builder who could undertake the construction of this loco.The frames are finished with axle boxes fitted with wheels & axles with the two front coupling rods.I have all the castings & drawings.I built a Simplex starting in 1970 & finished it in1983,once finished,my thoughts turned to the WD as all my friends loved driving Simplex but have all now passed on.i sold Simplex in about 2010.i would love to see the Austerity finished.
