jonhall
Seen through the CMRA distribution. The Association received this e-mail yesterday. Many of you will know Bruce from the very many exhibitions that he attended every year including of course the St Albans Show. Some sad news I’m afraid. Bruce Smetham passed away peacefully in the early hours of this morning at St Catherine’s Hospice in Crawley. May he rest in peace. Our mutual friend, Richard Jowitt, and I will be making arrangements for the funeral in due course. I’d be grateful if you could pass on the news of Bruce’s departure to anyone who might have known him. Regards Keith Jarrett Rail-Books.co.uk

DJM Dave
Another acquaintance I used to chat with a fair bit, gone to the great shunting yard in the sky. Another nice guy gone, and the worlds worse off without him.
