I like the subtle but realist weathering, especially the shed roof. Rust is something a lot of people over do either in amount or colour.
thanks for posting.

richard.

Thanks Richard. Here are a couple of pics in sunlight I just took on the front step. Yesterdays evening pictures were not that good so I tweaked them.

Hi Bogie. Mojo is under house arrest, has been  well oiled and stoked with Pennsylvania anthracite!

I check in here regularly and today was pleasantly surprised to find a helicopter view.

Hows that Manna?

Also new is this old picture of a train of Holden 6 wheelers on route from Halifax to Bradford. I think my wallet will take a bashing when Hattons release their model ones.

Yes absolutely.

Had I seen this before I started Much would have been changed and time saved.

Remember I spent weeks procrastinating over that curved diamond crossing for instance!

Trouble is, compression into available space.

Happy Easter people.

All I managed yesterday was the station masters shed. It started out as a Heljan HO kit. I heightened it with two courses of Wills dressed stone then painted and weathered it with my much loved crafters paints.

The wood pile is made from various rose, apple, and oak twigs found on the ground outside and some bits from my own wood cutting stump all cut and split with a Stanley blade before carefully gluing in place.

I also started on some detailing for Willow Hall Farm. More on that later...

Yeah but look at the size of it. Would make enough chicken soup to feed a small family through the lock down!

Spent a pleasant evening working on the Station masters garden.

Stone path with uncut grass complete with dandy lions. His wife prefers perennials like roses, azaleas and I've quite forgotten the name of those yellow flowering shrubs.

There are some quite substantial trees at the entrance on Station road.
