By then a rare duo at the blocks at Euston. 81012 is on her booked ECS duties in this case the TPO emcars. 85037 has arrived with the 1345 Glasgow Euston relief on August 24th 1990. That Friday night all Northbound overnights were fully reserved except for the 2200 Euston - Holyhead which got , yes, 85037 to Crewe!

happy days!

Lots of nice views of 87035 on the BBC this morning. BBC News are in Crewe for election coverage and based in the Heritage Centre. Not sure if it was just for Breakfast or the whole day. Anyway worth a look and may appear on You Tube a some point.

Yes, 35 was looking very nice indeed.

Couldn't take my eyes off it and made a nice distraction from the election talk! How refreshing! :)

December 21st, 2019. King's Cross, London. I was fortunate enough to catch, amongst others, 91111 (along with a failed 91106) and 91101 for the first time.

82205 also showed up a little later in the evening, as did 91121, though I think I've caught that before.

Hi Rugd,

The locomotive seems to me to be the same shade of blue to that of the attached carriage.

Oh no ! What have I said ?
