Hi all,

Just heard that the wheels will be delayed until next week.   I have ordered from two separate company's, one in Whitby and the other in Sheffield, so something should turn up very soon.  The display model is now complete so will post some new photos before the end of the week.  This version of PoP is virtually a completely new model, new everything just about.

Everyone stay safe

Regards

Paul.

New website being created for the models also...

Hi Roddy,

I think it looks better, now with e1 and e1t bogies.  A number of corrections but nothing that takes away from the old model.  How to build, its about the same, nature of the beast.  See what you think when I post the new photos.   I have added more detail to the bogies and bodywork, but what people will think, I don't know.  However, I am pleased with the new version, its more than three years since I designed the first version.

Hope you liked the original, and thanks for your support with this project.

Regards and stay safe.

Paul.

To slightly turn it on it's head, is it possible to publish a list to see if we're still on it?

Hi All,

I have spent the day re-doing some of the PoP 1 instructions to include the new parts, and have uploaded them to.

www.apt-e.org/leadleykits/00/pop1/instructions.pdf

I will take a look at the order list tomorrow, but suggest anyone wanting a kit let me know at leadleykits@gmail.com   even if you think you have a back order number.

Anyone who has already contacted me in the last few weeks, I have your models already reserved so don't worry.

I will try and look through my emails and list tomorrow to try and make sense of all this.

Take care everyone.

Regards

Paul

Hi Paul

On the suggestion that you publish a list of who has ordered, perhaps an email/pm to those with orders might be more appropriate.  There is a risk that publishing names online might not meet with everyone's approval.

Best wishes

Hi Neal,

Not sure as yet, but I would say so. I haven't completed the design and done the costings yet, maybe cheaper you never know.

Regards

Paul.

That'll be a first, N Gauge cheaper than OO, maybe the major manufacturers need to make a note of this :lol:

Cheers

Neal.
