Philip CW 37128
Hi Rob Martin's boots are certainly a big pair to fill, but Gavin our vice chairman has taken up the role with plenty of enthusiasm. We know that we are restricted due to having no test track, and that the fact I have no modelling experience, but I package, and post all the models, and my wife does all the brown paper wrapping. If you are interested in adding some more BAA's keep the 2nd of January in your diary. Here is our fourth day of offers. He asked about the clean stripe that is on the side of 44006, I seem to remember someone on this forum mention this is a feature on this model. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the thread. I've looked a couple of the models, and both have the same feature. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. I will be going to the post office this evening, any orders before 18:00 will be included in today's postal run. Cheers Philip

Philip CW 37128
Happy New Year Everyone Thanks for the kind words Gary. We obviously want you all to purchase as much as possible from us, to help towards the bill for the restoration of D6703/37003. We openly encourage people to buy from there local model shops, as they are trying to put food on the table, and a roof over there head. This is one of the reasons why we limit our stock to diesel locos, and latter era coaches and wagons. Here is today's offers. A bit of a marmite selection, one which I thought we would struggle to sell because of reviews, but we sold our first allocation within a week. One which I thought would be popular, we have struggled to sell. 4--39-765 Mk1 TPO POT Stowage Van Royal Mail Travelling Post Office £38.45 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/153324402010?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 5--38-151C BDA Bogie Bolster Wagon BR Railfreight Red Weathered £28.65 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/163461846035?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 Many thanks again for your support yesterday, the month of December, has possibly been one the best in the group's sales history. Philip CW 37128
Good Morning Everyone Just to let you know we have at the moment thirty nine items on sale on our eBay site https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/c37lg/m.html If you are interested in purchasing something from us, three models are no longer on the latest availability list, or the 2019 Bachmann catalogue. I have ordered a large order from Bachmann, and have received two thirds of this due to the group's credit limit (which is our choice). I might receive more of each item, but their is a strong possibility, they might be already out of stock in the warehouse. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/163484916464?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 39-755 TPO blue & grey : six available https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/163505169268?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 39-765 TPO red : three available https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/153352737362?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 38-220B TEA : five available Many thanks Philip
Philip CW 37128
Good Morning Everyone At last I can give some progress news on D6703/37003. Within the next couple of months it will be going into the depot at Leicester to have the power unit fully repaired. The down side to this is that the big bills will now start coming in, with a full bodywork repair plus maybe other things that might be hidden away, this is where we ask for your support. If you are thinking of purchasing something from us, then please do as all monies will go towards the restoration. As stated in my previous post we have received the final part of our order, included are just four more of each TPO's https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/163532889564?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 39-755 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/163535470681?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 39-765 We have lots of other Bachmann goodies to hopefully tempt you. Philip CW 37128
Well the news we are all very excited about has happened. D6703/37003 entered the shed at UKRL Leicester depot, to start it's PU overhaul yesterday. As I've stated before, if you have ever thought of purchasing something from us, now is the time. The bills are going to roll in thick, fast and rather large. Sounds a bit rude, that does! Thank you to all the people who have purchased something over the last few days, a gentleman in Solihull especially. All the best Philip 1
