159220
Interesting. Have Bachmann reduced prices for the upcoming 37s? I have 37425 on pre-order (rrp £169.95) - all be it in DRS livery. Or is this a Rails promotion?

Or is this a Rails promotion? I think its just a Rails' promotion, on the email sent out yesterday they said "(Pre-ordering is highly recommended as price may increase back to original price once released!) CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ALREADY ORDERED WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED THE NEW LOWER PRICE OF £129.50" The conundrum now is, do I pre-order at this tempting price? Wait and see? Just go for the forthcoming DRS liveried version? And the inevitable option, just buy both?

Or is this a Rails promotion? It would suggest that they haven't sold that many so need to encourage sales or possibly they need to bump up sales to get cash in to pay for all their specials they have announced. NIRCLASS80
Or is there a brand new updated class 37 about to be announced by another manufacturer!
RMweb Gold adb968008 Posted August 17, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted August 17, 2018 (edited) Got mine today... Very nice... I always remember these as a pair, though my favourites 684/688 the logos are the opposite side, (where the nameplate is) so a renumber isn’t possible. I’m looking at other possibilities. SouthernMafia
A request if I may, does anyone have a pack of the nameplates available? I picked up a cheap one but unfortunately it had no detail pack or nameplates. Will go via Shawplan but before I do thought I'd just check here first. Thanks.
