KNP
Just in case there is someone out there thinking I have renumbered my original loco to fool you lot, here is the evidence that I now own two of them! Now this picture has caused much debate in the engineering works here at Little Muddle. The brass plate on 4825 is the original and now looks distinctly off colour compared with 4820. I feel the next time I order from Modelmaster I shall organise a replacement set. For now, I will keep these two locos apart! Popular Post KNP
The Fowler ploughing engine is staying on the Croc now I have found information supplied by the kind readers of this thread and my own research that side loading road vehicles onto well wagons was quite a common occurrence. To that end additional chains have been added along with a set of tensioners, one set each side. Still deciding on 'U' channel under the wheels as I have glued the Fowler to the wagon so can't slide anything under. Will come up with something so now will park until I do. A quick picture from the iPhone. Edited September 4, 2019 by KNP 27
RMweb Premium Siberian Snooper Posted September 4, 2019 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 4, 2019 The wheels would probably have been chocked, front and rear.
KNP
In an effort to get more unusual angles to photograph the layout and trains I very often resort to some strange tactics. Using the pullout work shelf under the layout I set this up Looks a bit odd I know but with some careful cropping and camera angles we can change to whole view point. 3
Popular Post KNP
Ending up with the following results taken from an unusual location in front of the layout thereby it becomes a back drop. I have intentionally left out of focus to concentrate on the wagon and ploughing engine. Edited March 23 by KNP 29

RMweb Premium PMP Posted September 5, 2019 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 5, 2019 I love the way with relatively shallow layout width , you’re getting significant depth in the scenes.

All down to camera trickery.... Low shots and a diagonal angle across the board makes it seem deeper.
Popular Post KNP
Now here's a rarity for Little Muddle. Everyone of the loco's in this picture actually operate and run on this layout, no photo props present this time....! So, scrambling the Squadron Leader, I got him to do a quick over fly of the station.... Do you see him.... Leaning against the platform fence . Why it's none other than Duncan Bisskitts, late of Long Walk Home cakebox challenge. Looks like he is saving his legs and taking the train home this time.....!
