Winslow Boy
The harbour master, Capt O C Wave, RNVR (Ret) will be after them. Best tell them to quaff up and get back a board.

MrWolf
I foresee an exceptional high tide followed by Little Muddle's answer to the Marie Celeste... 1
RMweb Premium The White Rabbit Posted November 7, 2020 RMweb Premium Share Posted November 7, 2020 I think a normal ebb tide would suffice. Excepting any critical comments on the choice of LM's drains' outfall, any 'high tide' would presumably be confined to the pub's Gents.

RMweb Gold teaky Posted November 8, 2020 RMweb Gold Share Posted November 8, 2020 Quick! Ask those chaps at the dairy to help solve the problem before it gets out of hand. The crate can wait for now.
Popular Post KNP
Loco's to Little Muddle. A few days ago an outing was organised by the Little Loco Society of Muddlesville whereby four small loco called into the goods yard for a visit. Ken Dobetter was there on behalf of the Little Muddle Gazette where he took these photos.. Actual reason... They've in the workshop where I have upgrade the chassis weathering as I wasn't totally happy with it and this area of the layout has the best lighting and camera angles. They staggered back from the rubadub and fell asleep. The tide did as previously predicted. 5

Popular Post KNP
Crates and pots looking like they need tidying up.... Number of lobster pots seems now more in keeping with what you find for real but I could still do more.... Wooden crates are effective with a very clever and quick way of building them, full marks for Justin at ScaleModelScenery for coming with not only unusual items but inventive ways of building them. It's the size of the catch which is the deciding factor, (by coincidence I caught an item on TV yesterday while channel hopping showing the creatures being checked for age i.e. size, before being landed, undersize lobsters being returned to the water) EDIT>.....Countryfile "Cornwall" on BBC 8th Nov should be viewable via iplayer for some weeks also showed china clay quarry and possible attempts to restart mining for Tin. Popular Post KNP
Much crisper picture of the lobster pots and converted fruit/veg crates. I would say more like an organised jumble, pre-designed to look like it was a disorganised pile of items arrived at by a sequence of random acts carried out over many years. 1 1
