I was going to suggest Encome Town as a first choice, but now consider the previous answer to be much more specific and yet generic, accurate whilst being ambiguous,  and terminal and at the same time open ended.

The future of The Station PH and adjoining shops is unclear, I have made no firm decision whether to keep or redevelop.

A tea room in place of the pub might work.

May I venture to suggest that, as The Station pub arrived with the railway, it ought to be thriving (despite the recent recession) and drinkers may have been tempted from the old fashioned Unicorn Inn which has survived by diversifying.

Me also.  I keep it next to my tin of elbow grease.

Of course, not forgetting the very useful long weight and where would we be without tartan paint.

Which are kept on the shelf that I put up with sky-hooks, set high enough,

How very silly you all are. You'll soon be telling us that you play with trains, I'll be bound.
