Last couple of days my 10 year old grandson has been with me to try and keep him out of harms ways....unfortunately he is on the top of the Government's At Risk list.

Now I have got Little Muddle running the best it has ever run he has had the time of his life alternating between play trains and watching the strangest program I have ever seen called The Amazing World of Gumball.

He has just left with his Dad and informed me he had switched everything off and parked the trains safely......

Intrigued to see what that meant I have taken this picture of his idea of running a safe railway......until tomorrow when he returns!!

The Station Master is pulling his hair out, he only popped out for a cup of tea and came back to this......

What is pleasing to me is that everything arrived in this positions under there own steam, so to speak.

At least the branch wasn't blocked by a multi truck derailment!!

Just be glad he shows some sensible interest, and seems to be able to turn the knobs in the right direction.

Cheers

Paul

Your layout looks very nice. I like how detailed everything is. Out of curiosity, what type of couplings do you use?

Thanks

I don't know....

That spray gun and laptop looks fun!!!!

Imagine what would happen if let loose on that swivel chair...………….

Signal their friends on the blinds

and

that waste bin looks just like a steel army helmet to me.

And all those magazines are just ready for drawing in and cutting out pictures

Children (and me) see fun where most adults don't!

Funny what you find when not looking for them.

Going through the wall cupboards over the station I came across a bag, being nosey I opened it and I believe I found my next few projects!!

Where or when I brought these I have no idea....

The Cooper Craft cattle wagon is one of the original ones so the mouldings are crisp, sharp and free from flash

Yep, every time we went to Oxford, which was usually about once a quarter in the 80s! Also tried to Include Howes when they were in the original shop in Kidlington.

Bought a number of end of run etc. books there, just don't ask me which ones!!

The 1926 Thornycroft looks absolutely spiffing!

Did they really have low profile alloy wheels in those days?
