I'll be interested to see how you get on with the chassis kits for the Dean Goods. I have... er.... several of them which I would say are a little long in the tooth, but I had one when I was about fifteen and they were noisy things when new.

The bits have arrived for the Dean tender chassis conversion which I will keep you up to date on.

The original shown as a reminder!!! Note some of the weight was removed so I could lower the coal load…

It is a long while since I have built anything in brass so be patient!!!!!

No problem on LM, where things move at a snail's pace, if at all.

 

Cue discussion about the crate.

That's about right for LM.... seeing as time seems to have stood still in another 50 years they will have worked out how to fix a door and remove a crate .... cant rush good stuff
