Just to bump this back up to the top - Burton is only 3 weeks away, in fact slightly less that as by this point the AGM & Exhibition will nearly be over!

If you're coming along do say hello - no doubt I shall be found lurking behind Port Wynnstay/EDM with the rest of the Trent Valley mob :-)

Hope the rain stops soon otherwise I'll have a job climbing the lamp-posts to hang up the road signs . . . . . .

If I get washed away, then follow the signs for the Station - please note that the Town Hall is not in the Town Centre - it's the wrong side of the tracks !!

As last year for parking - the Town Hall car park has been built on by the School/College next door but there is a lot of road-side parking nearby. Just look carefully at the restriction signs as some areas are OK to use on Saturday and others not. Also 2 car parks available at the Travel Lodge and Station - take care to use the right pay machine as they have different rates - look out for the coloured line markings.

Most enjoyable day

Was wavering in perhaps the the next NG layout being a 009 layout

No - another 0.16.5 is at the drawing board stage ( or in my case back,of a beer mat) reminds me a good pint of real at the exhibition today.

Great show.

Thanks to the organising team.

Glad to hear that you enjoyed the show Eltel - makes the work that goes into organising it all the more worthwhile!

If the next layout is going to be 0-16.5 perhaps you'd like to exhibit it one year at Burton?

The next one which is near completion is a GN15 mini layout using of course 16.5 mm peco track
