Suggest you try posting on the ESU forums: http://www.esu.eu/en/forum/forums-overview/ Whoever registered the controller should have the log-in. If not register it and get a log-in. GoingUnderground
From your post, it sounds like your ECoS is newly acquired. If it was bought new very recently, take it back to the dealer who sold it to you and ask for it to be replaced. If it's several months old, but you bought it from new, then you should be able to get it repaired for free under ESU's 24 month warranty. You will need your proof of purchase to show that it is less than 24 months old. If it's more than 24 months old, then you will have to pay to get it repaired by ESU. They give prices for the most common items on their website. If it is more than 24 months old, you could try opening it up to check that all the wires to the throttle are pushed fully home. Don't open it if it is less than 24 months old, or you will invalidate the warranty. Edited May 1, 2017 by GoingUnderground
