Love how you've painted everything grey, very Welsh summer-time.

For now at least, work on Bleat has stopped whilst I concentrate on a couple of other things.

There's lots of detailing to do but Bleat ' s next exhibition is next January at the S&DJR Trust show in Edington. Very much looking forward to taking my S&D layout to the S&D show.

However, the lighting is now done with the addition of a couple of LED strip lights from Herr Lidl.

Here are a few photos of Bleat, as running with some L&SWR interlopers.

Thank you kind Captain.

Ahead of Bleat ' s next appearance, the one thing I would like to achieve is the completion of a D&S S&DJR 6 whl brake van.....

This be a challenge as I have never built an etched brass kit........what could possibly go wrong?

I can confirm that Bleat Wharf will feature in next month's BRM.

I'm very much looking forward to seeing it there.

If it does go wrong, you could borrow mine - but it's 50years old and not built to your exemplary standards!

Thanks Rob, Mikkel.

I'm very pleased with how Bleat looks. Andy ' s photos  are lovely and really captured the look and feel of the layout.

Top drawer stuff.

Not yet, Stubbers. I'm trying to pin down the Rolley boys and see where we are with layouts.

Even by our standards we are cutting this a bit fine..........

I haven't updated this for ages. Suffice to say that Bleat Wharf is providing much entertainment.

It has been exhibited at the Edington show in the heart of SDJR territory and it seems to have gone down rather well. Also well received at the Small Cardiff show a couple of weeks later.

A plethora of photographs then to bring things sort of up to date....
