Spot on, I worked for Hobbycraft some years ago and that was the way things were done. I assume it's the same now. Generally the price will be governed by head office. So any stores that have them will show the same price. You should be able to ring your local store to see if there are any in stock and they will reserve it for you. jchinuk Posted January 17, 2020 Share Posted January 17, 2020 I was in my local branch of 'Hobbycraft' (Romford) yesterday and they are selling the Hornby Christmas Train set at an agreeable £12.50, not bad for an oval of track and the controller, let alone the locomotive and wagons. I can't find it on the 'Hobbycraft' website, so it might be in stores only or that might be me!
