john new 922 Posted September 30, 2017 (edited) As it has gone midnight the Advance Ticket Box Office has now opened for 2018 Show tickets as promised. Hopefully everything is working OK. As last year options for traditional, postal ordering or on-line using a Pay Pal based system Layouts list for 2018 also went up live a few days ago too. Prices held for 2018. Looking ahead to Easter 2018, its' not that far away folks. Edited October 10, 2017 by john new

As a taster we have "Euxton Junction" '00' west Coast Main Line circa 2000, "Waterloo Street" 'P4' Aberdeen in BR Blue Era, "Lochaber" '0' Forth William in the 1970s, "Dentdale" 'N' Yorkshire Dales 1950-1960s, "Crumley & Little Wickhill" '009' Yorks/Lancs Border 1930s. This will be this layouts last Show so don't miss it! Current list of visiting layouts is, as John said, on the website. Updates will be made as and when. See you at Easter 2018. peterl 124 Posted January 17, 2018 Requests for advance tickets are now coming in. They are usually sent the day following receipt, but! The local Post Office closed just before Christmas so Life is a bit more difficult so there may be the odd additional day delay. Please note that the final cut off date for receiving applications for advance tickets is the 19th March 2018 It is suggested that if you are ordering by post that you get your request in the post no later than Thursday 15th March to ensure it is received by the 19th. Don't forget it has to get to deepest North Lincolnshire! Peter

queensquare 9,717 Posted January 18, 2018 As ever, very much looking forward to coming up to York. This year we are bringing the small test/demo layout 'Sykes Yard' along with a host of finished and part built 2FS locos and stock. We will be alongside the 2mm Association roadshow and the fabulous St Ruth layout on the ground floor. If you have any questions about 2FS modelling or loco building in general come and see us for a chat. Jerry and Kim (although Kim is likely to be commandeered for junior kit building/static grass duties again!)
john new 922 Posted January 18, 2018 Have now updated our website. Have you already let Mal know or do you want me to pass message on? Further updates received from Mal today and added to website. Layouts page is now therefore +4 -2 = net +2 over last couple of days. Demonstrators list for 2018 now added and one now unable to attend Society removed. Hope this helps. peterl 124 Posted January 26, 2018 As mentioned in post #2 The layout 'Crumley and Little Wickhill' will be put up for sale at the Show. It has been suggested that a price in the region of £1,000 would be reasonable for the layout. This does not include any stock however. Peter

john new 922 Posted February 13, 2018 Counting down to the Show. Don't forget the option to buy your tickets in advance. Confirming the Box office is open until 19th March. A bit of text on the Prices page, which I accidentally overlooked changing in the October site update, was corrected earlier today. That had suggested it was now pay on the door only.
