cessfordalan
Good afternoon fellow modellers, I am probabley on the wrong forum but I know nothing about N gauge and my old eyesight is making problems for 4 mm scale so please bear with me. I have just been given a part model railway starter set in an emaculate box. it contains 2 coaches / full break vans and a GPO sorting coach, a mains controller/ transformer and some instructions and 1 piece of curved Peco set track. The box is in Graham Farish yellow and black livery and is marked Starter Set No.2. My question is this :- What loco is missing [Desiel] how much track was supplied and considering the advances the hobby has made is it worth keeping. I cannot ask a dealer for advice as I live in the outer Hebrides and most of the dealers are a days travel each way if the ferry sails Alan Cessford
bluedepot
are the mail coaches royal mail or res? if yes it was a res class 47 i believe. personally I would just sell the bits and pieces you have - they are not worth much, maybe ten pounds per coach.
