Now you have it...I think. The irony being that Accurascale don't seem bothered by the difference between scale and gauge.

(#297 was especially for benefit of the OO-isn't-true-4mm-scale brigade)

Those of us who use OO are fully aware of the discrepancy and don't give a flying **** what anybody else thinks :jester:

FYI, it was a joke. My layout and collection (such as it is) is OO/00. Although I am tempted towards EM, I am too lazy/unskilled/time-constrained to go full P4.

My comment wasn't aimed at you personally.

I don't have a problem with the "broad gauge" mob as such. Just the evangelists who can't or won't understand that some of us actually choose OO for the very practical reason that we just don't have the room to build layouts that we would find operationally satisfying in the more accurate gauges.

Anyhow, this is drifting seriously :offtopic: so I'll stop now.

Well done getting your own section of this forum. Welcome to the big league.

Just need it moved down one nkw, I could just about cope with Small Supplies at the top, but now my OCD with the lack of alphabetical order is kicking in ;-)

Hi everyone,

Just one last shout on the survey before it closes on February 1st, you can tell us what you want to see from us as well as tell us what gauge and scale you work in. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/accurascale

Thank you to everyone who has taken part so far.

Remember, one lucky participant will win a pack of HUOs for their trouble!

Cheers!

Just noticed that "https://accurascale.co.uk/"is still counting down to tomorrow morning ( I'd set a reminder on 'Outlook' ) .......... is there anything yet to reveal that hasn't been leaked ?

If you're taking late requests the Bachmann Mk1 suburbans were good in their day but could do with supplanting. As you guys like detail, you could please a lot of people with decent underframes.

Also, supplementing, with CL and SLO types!

Wow, I just noticed Accurascales offices are but 2 miles from my house, near Wimbledon (round the back of the former “The Bill” TV set and next door to what was “Sunhill Police Station”)

Nice to see a model railway company in the neighbourhood.

Can I save on shipping if I come pick them up :-)

Fran although I participated in the survey I would have went for these in OO:

https://www.ellisclarktrains.co.uk/collections/darstaed-finescale-o-gauge/products/darstaed-finescale-o-gauge-bogie-tankers-various-liveries

Especially after seeing the HUOs'. Would you look at doing something like these?

Regards.

Will you be releasing the results of your survey at some point (or have I missed it somewhere else)? Most of us are long enough in the tooth to realise the results will not be binding on you, but it would be interesting to learn what people asked for (as we tend to see that in the annual wish list poll, but there wasn't one this year).
