I agree that it looks much better without the loco, which was rather overwhelming. I’ve read that EZ Line (I loathe the use of “EZ”) is pretty good for telephone lines. I have repaired the phone lines using Nylon stocking thread from my wives swing kit. and I used PVA Glue to stiffen the lines to make them stand straight to the edge of the board.
