billtee Posted November 17, 2017 Share Posted November 17, 2017 I am trying to find an O gauge Heljan class 33, but before I buy one (if I can!), I need to know whether this model will negotiate 4ft radius curves. My layout has curves nearly down to 4ft because my railway room is quite cramped, and I really want a class 33. Can anybody give me some clues please? F-UnitMad Posted November 17, 2017 Share Posted November 17, 2017 I don't have a 33, but I coaxed my HJ Hymek through 2ft radius curves, once. The limiting factor is more likely to be coupler overhang and buffer locking issues rather than the physical ability to negotiate the curve. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
