HI guys,

I've tried to set up a subscription again but get an error message as the result.

https://www.world-of-railways.co.uk/information/service-unavailable?aspxerrorpath=/checkout/register

I had problems to start with as it would not accept my email address as valid - dispite it being the email address the subscription offer was sent to.

Any ideas?

Thanks

We had a problem with the first email. It was working for a couple of hours before our website decided to have a 'moment'. That's why we re-sent yesterday. It should all be working fine: https://www.world-of-railways.co.uk/brm/promotions/BRM%2fWARLEY17%2fPOSTOFFER

Hi Steve,

I have used the link in your latest post and I am now able to access the website - thanks.

However - I am still getting the error message when I try to make the payment.

https://www.world-of-railways.co.uk/information/service-unavailable?aspxerrorpath=/checkout/your-details

Is still the response I get when if click on "Proceed to Checkout".

Any other ideas?

Thanks

I really don't know as we've had plenty of orders over the last 24 hours. Can you PM me your telephone number and I'll ask someone to give you a call?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your input.

I will try on a different pc first - just in case it's a simple browser cache issue.

(Still trying to find out where Windows 10 - Edge keeps it's cache)

Will see what happens and let you know.

Edit - Tried on a different pc - same situation.

Could this be because I am trying to take the subscription with the Jinty loco and they have run out?

Thanks

Hi,

I took out the email subscription offer @ £9.99 selecting the Jinty  in November, just after Warley. As far as I know it all went through, can you tell me when to expect the first issue and presumably, the loco?

Thanks

Steve - can you email me at stevec@warnersgroup.co.uk with your postal address and I'll find out what's happened and get it sorted ASAP.

Thanks,

Steve
