Aristocraft Budd Railcar Traction Tyres

Does anyone have any suggestions for obtaining replacement tyres for the Budd Railcar?

It  is  a  considerable  time  since  I owned  any  Aristocraft  Motive  Power,  but  I  have  a  vague  recollection  that  the  Budd R/C traction tyres  were  the  same size  as  used on  some  of  the  diesel locos.
