Underneath the TSLB and bogie frame are some sides for a 1950s Swindon Intet City set as used Birmingham Swansea.

Same frames and dimensions as the 120.

Not sure what I will do with it. But I am also building a Gloucester ex MR 2P most likely 40540.

Repair work to DMSL cab as split joint.

Currently drilling holes in them.

Door handle at 9.5mm from bottom

Grab handle (standard Mark1!!!!) 8mm and 11mm from bottom

Filler pipe ends, 4mm from bottom

Roof vents on two rows 6.75mm from roof centre line

Will use

Just need some soft wire for exhausts, I MAY have some copper suitable in the shed failing that will check a DIY shop for anything suitable.

Painstaking and neat work cutting out all those windows! Is the idea of laminating multiple layers together to cancel out any warping?

6 months later no warping!

That's a very neat and well hidden arrangement. Is there much friction?
