Sorry for being late to the party...

 

We've got a good-sized loft here, and, I was considering using said space for the proposed layout. But! Our neighbours have wisely used the available space for a loft conversion.  I could forsee the domestic conversation, viz:- 

 

"Move the layout, please, there's a bed/wardrobe/ exercise bike/ Kangaroo/Wildebeest to go there".  It's highly likely that it'll happen; Mrs Smith has cottoned on to the idea.  The ongoing shed project is still ongoing. I'm pleased to report that now that insulation work, and ceiling work, it's rather environment-friendly in there. Plus the bonus; I can lock the door...
