TTS decoder in 0 gauge?

I don't see why they wouldn't work.  I'm using standard Zimo sound decoders (MX644D rated at 1.2A) for my 0 gauge locos including the Dapol 08.  Do review the TTS spec if you can get it.  I did a search but I couldn't get any data to download from Hornbys site.

The TTS leaflet including spec can be downloaded from most TTS loco product pages on the Hornby site. The 08 page only has the list of functions.

The motor limit is 500mA continuous with a peak of 1A momentary or steady load of 800mA including shared function outputs of 100mA apiece, so I think your 08 would be too much of a load for it.
