Stuart (Isle of Man)
I wondered if anyone may be able to point me in the right direction for obtaining some drawings of a set of tramcars built by Brush for the Douglas Southern Electric Railway (latterly Douglas Head Marine Drive) in 1896? No.1 from the system is preserved at Crich but I won't be in a position to visit it in the foreseeable future. Any help would be appreciated! The image is from the Manx National Heritage iMuseum. Andy Bailey
Terry Russell does the drawing for number 1 and a trailer http://www.terryrusselltrams.co.uk/drawingsbritish.htm. Found him very good in past for drawings with quick delivery. Any close up photos let me know by the weekend please as I'll be at Crich Saturday to Monday Regards Andy
