And while I’m in the mood for painting tiny things you won’t be able to see......

Same base colour brown, one with a drop of red, one with a drop of black and one with a drop of white and details picked out with Tamiya Aluminium and Gold and black handles

I’ve definitely lost the plot :fool_mini:

as you can see I’ve invested in a few reverse action tweezers, perfect for holding small parts (a upgrade of my previous cocktail sticks stuck in bluetak)

’tower’

’boy’

’igerent’

’flower’

’end’

but I thought I’d get in trouble

I dare not post on there whilst the self appointed judge, jury and executioner is dishing out sentences

Thanks Andy, as far as followers it’s quality not quantity

It looks really good. One small thing. Which way does the door open? How much space is there to walk past the plant without snagging clothing or otherwise hitting the plant? It would damage it.

J

It’s hinged on the right so would open against the plant pot

not ideal I know but modelling is like life...it’s all about compromise

Postie has just been with my nameplates from Narrow Planet

I think I may have gotten away with 2mm high instead of 1.5mm

I dare not weather the door any heavier than this

Once I’ve attached nameplates to the other doors, weathered, glazed and fitted them we can all say goodbye to the interiors as they’ll be going in too

Thanks Andy

I was hoping they’d be a bit sharper/crisper but then the plates are only 1.5mm high so the text is probably only about one mill high

I'm just a fussy so and so

I need to remind myself that at normal viewing distance you wouldn’t be able to see the discrepancies that zoomed in photography highlights

Tell ya what Chris,

If you (and Andy!) keep posting there then I'll post some more of my sub par efforts that will never have a chance of matching the quality that you two manage!

It stands to reason that being originally from ‘the potteries’ I should be able to make ceramic cups

I did make him an ashtray for his evening cigar but it ‘pinged’ out of my tweezers and is gone but not forgotten.....I might make another

And just to put things into perspective

Did you turn the cup upside down to check the back stamp? That's what Stokies do.
