RMweb Premium newbryford Posted November 27, 2018 RMweb Premium Share Posted November 27, 2018 The "new" website is not user-friendly. I had the same issue with not being able to find point plans - that they had on the previous website. Where have the wiring diagrams gone? They used to have links to the instruction leaflets. I have emailed them to find out where they've been hidden. Cheers, Mick A prompt response from Peco with the relevant diagrams that I'm after. They are in the queue to be added to the new website. Nova Scotian
Resurrecting an old thread - but very frustrated by the PECO website. Selection of a new view format, sorting rule, or number of items per page resets all the filters. Various other filters get reset constantly, seemingly randomly. No way of sorting to see all OO landscapes, buildings, rolling stock, etc. I get why they do it by brand, but it'd be helpful to also sort by category. While there are thousands upon thousands of items, maybe they could start with one range at a time, and those more expensive items? (those more likely to be searched online?). It should be good; it looks like they put a lot of work into this; and then haven't worked up on functionality since launch. E-commerce is hard, really hard. Time consuming and expensive. I get it, but even some minor updates could make this a little easier to get around.

I have attempted to find the plans for the new Bullhead points to no avail. In fact searching for SL-U1196 on Peco's site produces no results whatsoever. Everything about that website is garbage.
Nearholmer
Indeed it is. If there was an award for the least user-friendly customer interface, they’d be way up there. 1

I understand the geometry of the Bullhead L&M points matches the existing range....I have used their exisiting templates to aid my layout planning. Peter Kazmierczak
Not the easiest to navigate, that's for sure. "There was a problem loading this website" is what I keep getting when moving from one page to another - I keep having to refresh it. My attention span is diminishing as I get older, so I CBA with all their shenanigans.

Everything about that website is garbage. best to search on google for the Peco website and use peco links from there, although the medium points still aren’t showing. I put in Peco bullhead point’ and got this result for large radius ones. Click on that and it takes you to this page. click on the plan sheet link under the downloads tab beneath image and you get this, this pic is also a clickable link here. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1541/1303/files/SL-U1188_SL-U1189_plan_sheet.pdf?v=1634124100 Edited March 21, 2023 by PaulRhB

Chris H Yes I’ve used the medium standard range for planning and they match the actual points. @Ruston Scale this to 219.5mm long and make up your own template. You can crop it to the ends of the rails and set its length in WORD Edited March 22, 2023 by PaulRhB
