Popular Post Andrew P
Next up I painted the Gates for the Yard and fitted some more fencing. Now time for my feet up and a snooze in the chair me thinks. 22
Andrew P
I had a visitation from a man from Stockport today, he brought with him some goodies for a play on SMS. A nice CLEAN pair of Tractors, and a VERY GRUBBY pair of 08's. We had a nice little running session. Cheers George. Mulgabill
Andy you must stop showing us such inspirational pictures. I blame your recent ones of the rats for one (in green) which has today be notified as re-allocating to Helstonish. (What am I doing getting that when I haven't got a Heljan Hymek yet?) Its all your fault, at least thats what I've told Mrs MB.

I've been blamed for a LOT of things in my lifetime Tony, but never one of inspiring Green Rats to invade a Layout.
Andrew P
Also ordered some bits for Bala Town and SMS today, plus some Wills Point Rodding Kits that I used to good effect on Pen Y Bont, (although I won't be using the plastic rodding they supply), I'll be using .07mm Steel Wire for the runs. I have seen it Clive, but it would look enormous on my little plank, plus I want the flexibility of the Wagon Yard for Shunting as well as Loco Stabling.

I hate to point out the obvious but erm.. your suppose to leave room for the wagons you know!! The idea isn't to fill every road with a locomotive ... that becomes a (whispers) depot layout. I'm only saying! Severn Mill Stabling Point has a bit a ring too it. Definitely too late for a GWR railcar to come in for fuel tho ] Rich 1

Andrew P
Fear not Rich, for I HAVE started, It all began after breakfast with the fitting of a Fence to separate the Exchange Sidings from the P/W Yard. Then using a small amount of a mix of Gaugemaster N Gauge Ballast and some Woodlands Scenics Fine Cinders dispensed into a container. Then Shaken, (not stirred), it was sprinkled from between my fingers over a thin layer of neat PVA. Fun with the GREEN STUFF later. Popular Post Andrew P
So late pm, and some greenery was added. First up, the Hot Glue Gun, some Cardboard and a profile made up for the embankments beyond the road. A selection of Greens plus I added some Woodlands Scenics Dark Green Underbush. Then a start was made. First in the corner. And then along the main areas and behind the Yard. 19

Gerry Thanks Gerry, It's also made the Layout look longer, not sure how, but there we go. More soon I hope. Thanks for looking in.
