Here’s a project I’ve been working on to build a diorama; lettering for a transit shed door and the brickwork over the door. 
 

Similar processes for both - find a modern font that’s close and print to scale to use as a guide. Form the main outlines using a white pen, changing the font here and there to follow the prototype. Touch up the edges and there you go!

Here’s another completed commission - a 7mm LNWR Coal Hole. Part of a much larger commission. Nothing bought in save the ladder from Wizard. Everything else completely scratch built to museum standard. Thanks to @Stephenwolsten for invaluable prototype information to complement my now dog-eared LNW Portrayed by Jack Nelson.

I've just had some custom-made windows for a goods shed and some strips of roof tiles from Richard and they are excellent, well worth the cost.
