Hi Brian,

It is summer so cricket is getting in the way! My co-conspirator should be back soon.fiddle yard trackreadyto lay. I can then wire that up. Then..more baseboards.

Ready for the visit of Red Leader

After being collected from Headingley Station Graham started to lay track

and, fairly quickly the fiddle yard throat appeared

of course we needed to check the train lengths available in the sidings..

and the LMS Maroon Jubilee was admired by Graham

A lot of work has gone in from Graham today.. more tomorrow and some wiring up required by me!

Not Cents. I do have some Chieftain, Challenger 1 and Challenger 2s of the correct scale though.

Nice going, Barry. Good to see the newly tracks already full of stock. Tracklaying pleasure was all mine.

 

Looking forward to next session when we should break out into the daylight and make a start on the running level trax - provided you've got all the wiring done and tested :D

Point motors all fitted.

 

Backshift should see them wired up...tomorrow is build a control panel day..all being well.

 

But I need to get finished by 5:30 as I have some indoor cricket umpiring to do...

Control panel is semi finished..my supply of lining tape for the track locations on the plan has stopped being sticky. More orderd.

All wires in place.

Point motors tested..one is under investigation and will need sorting but..more work to do today.
