Metman1933
Hello all, I am modelling the LTS in the dying days of steam, this time frame is out of the LMS, but still with LMS stock. I do know that the 11-coach sets are 54' Suburbans and I've seen photos of a MR Diag.1542 along with a Gresley Suburban. Any more info on formations/ coaches in the era would be much appreciated. Kind regards, Josh Hamilton

RMweb Premium Clive Mortimore Posted October 7, 2018 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 7, 2018 The Essery and Jenkinson LMS coaches book Volume 3 has information on the LMS 54ft stock for the LTS line. The Harris LNER coach book mentions and has the floor plans for the rebodied Illford stock that was transferred to the LTS line when the GER started its electric services. The Great Eastern society might have more information on the rebuilt Illford stock.
