Just to let you know that Brian Tucker's Canadian layout is Moose Creek, and there are a couple of model mooses on the layout!

Tony

 Thanks for that!

Hi Rob, I'm looking forward to seeing it in the flesh (if you'll excuse the expression!), All the best, exmoordave

It will be good to see you Dave. I shall be the one eating the grass, wearing a red carnation and carrying a copy of Sheep Times in my right hoof.

I attach a photograph to assist in identification.

Due to the current weather and that, even if it stops snowing, the conditions under foot around the church and school are likely to remain treacherous well into Saturday, it has been decided to cancel the show.

Thanks for the interest and hopefully we'll have better luck with the weather next year.

It was absolutely the right call - and good it was done early on Friday - I was exhibiting and although I cleared my drive etc on Friday morning (prior to the cancellation of course!)  the drive and road (both sloping) were too icy on Saturday morning to even walk on safely...

No issues from me. Whilst I was disappointed that the show was cancelled the safety of all those involved was the priority and the organisers were quite within their rights and did the right thing.

I hope to have the opportunity to exhibit at Yate in the future and will be happy to forgo any expenses to go towards offsetting  any loses the club incurred this time around.
