spikey
I'm after something I can airbrush onto static grass and Woodland Scenics turf, foliage and whatnot in order to keep it firmly in place, and hopefully also to take the sheen off some of it. Can anyone please tell me if Liquitex Matte Medium is any good for this purpose?
Carl. H.
If you have some already, do a test patch of static grass on a piece of old cardboard or the like. Simon George's model of heaton lodge junction has a thread on static grass here :- http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/138032-heaton-lodge-jct-static-grass-masterclass/ Simon uses rustoleum crystal clear from a spray can. Hope this helps. Carl

brigo
When I last used Liquitex Matte Medium it had the consistency of PVA glue, far too thick to consider for spraying even after diluting. I would have thought something like Winsor & Newtons Galeria acrylic matt varnish would be better. Brian
