Bachmann class 20 cab removal

I have a Bachmann class 20 with a detached cabside window. To glue the window back in, I need to remove the cab from the body but it is not obvious how this can be done without damaging the model. Does anyone know how this can be done?

The cab is just a vertical slide on fit, the cab front walls engaging in a groove around the bonnet end. It latches at the bottom, two protruding lugs at the bottom of the cab front walls. From underneath ease apart and slide the cab off. There may be a little cement tacking this assembly together. Every one i have done this has broken out cleanly with minimal force.
