toolongtoremember
HI there, so yesterday I built this layout to continue on with, with left over parts from Weston Town, my other N gauge layout. I am currently keeping this as DC so that I have a place to run my non chipped stock. Edited August 23, 2021 by toolongtoremember Layout has been named since I created this topic.

toolongtoremember
So last week I finished to some degree this layout because it was booked in for an exhibition! Here are the final photos, will still continue with this model. It ran faultlessly all day long, couldn't ask for more!
muddy water
Great to see you had fun! Did you have a sequence with one dmu and two goods trains? Was there a lot of crane shunting to get the variation in trains? Would be great to hear how you did not get bored!

I operated that one and just had the smaller one switch trains every now and then.
muddy water
Great! just leave a long slow freight train , with the engine appearing on the layout just as the last wagon disappears into the fiddle yard!

toolongtoremember
Took Weston East to an exhibition in Belfast, ran like a dream no faults at all! I swapped out the Hornby controller for the Gaugemaster Combi.
