Hi James, are your operating crew trying to attract a new audience to shows with the full monty routine lol!

cheers

Mark

I thought our teaser pic was a tad pornographic but it looks like it's had a bigger affect than I thought!

What James chooses to do at the back of Loftus Road when no-one else is watching is his responsibility alone. Please don't go dragging Mark, Pete and the rest of us into further disrepute...

I suppose that after all this time on his own during lockdown, a few foibles are to be expected though :unsure_mini:

Dyson Haul! A First Look at Our Class 92!

Check out the first sample of our hotly anticipated Class 92 electric locomotives! Although a rough first testbed for our model, it is already dripping with detail. Just look at that roof! Those grills! Those bogies!

We have some small changes to make, and some details around the bogie area are still to be added, but it's certainly going in the right direction.

This testbed loco is now with our friends ESU who are packing their tech into our operating pantographs. We will have a full video update showing them off in the coming weeks, so keep an eye out for that.

In the meantime, read more about the 92 here: https://accurascale.co.uk/blogs/news/dyson-haul-our-class-92-breaks-cover

Currently scraping off my jaw from the floor! That is one impressive model. Seriously..WOW!!! I'm so glad you'll announced this model. We would never have see the "other" one appear.

Very impressive, nice job!

One tiny detail I've noticed that could perhaps be improved (not that it matters much) - watching the video, the pans in the down position sit too low at the pivot end of the arms (I think). I imagine the down position will be changeable by altering the CV on the DCC chip anyway, so probably not worth worrying about.

Great job guys! Really looking forward to seeing the features in action.

Correct! This sample has the pans 'locked down' in a lower than normal position. We hope to share more content and video of the pans working shortly, and they will have their 'default' down position set!

I'm sipping wine in this thread and eating popcorn in the Heljan Class 45 thread...this is how its done and what can I say AS but I knew you would pull this off just like you will with the Class 55 & Class 37.

Now announce the Class 47 before we all lose our sh!t...lol just do everything :jester:

Think it looks 0.000000001 mm to short .... everywhere .... just getting in before someone else points it out .....

DISCLAIMER - the above statement was meant tongue in cheek and the model looks superb though just waiting for someone to criticise .... no ?? anyone ??

+1 for an Accurascale Class 47, seeing what's happening with the other company, I'd prefer one from Accurascale.

Well done this looks brilliant finger wavering over the order a second one button but then you are producing some class 37’s I want too at the same time!

so inconsiderate of you may just wait for batch 2 instead.

Keep up the good work.

This 92 certainly started all of the tongues wagging, literally one hour after I placed a deposit on 'another company's Class 92' ... refund received so no problems there.

The near-finished A/S article is looking superb.

Excellent progress.

Al.
