pharrc20 Posted March 15, 2019 Share Posted March 15, 2019 Amlwch to Mostyn sulphur trains were still running with HKV I think 2-axle hoppers. Some aggregates traffic out of Peak Forest was still using MSV tipplers and HTV hoppers until around 1988/89 I think off top of me head. Rivercider Posted March 23, 2019 Share Posted March 23, 2019 The MSVs on aggregates traffic as mentioned above were also in use from the Mendips and Tytherington in the mid 1980s. MDVs and HTVs of coal in South Wales were still common. Also unfitted MDOs with export coal to Swansea Docks until 1987.
